We hold very dear our relationship with St Helen’s Church in Stapleford, as well as the other local Churches.

Reverend Paul Savage is the local vicar and is also a Foundation Governor of the school.  He leads collective worship in school on a regular basis.  Two other governors are also appointed by the Church/Diocese.

We hold our end-of-term services at the church at Christmas, Easter and in the summer.  Children are regular visitors as part of the R.E. curriculum and also visit Southwell Minster in Year 3 and Year 6.

We are proud of our Christian ethos and were delighted with our latest Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) report, February 2024, which you can view here:

SIAMS Report February 2024

Prayer plays an important part of each school day; grace is said before eating meals and we pray to God in our collective worship.

Christian Values are shared and explored on our weekly newsletter.
